Consultations
All consultations are FREE and offered in a way that works for you. We’ll meet at the studio, on zoom, or by phone so that we can answer all of your questions and design a session uniquely for you.
Studio Booking Fee
Every photo session requires a studio booking fee. This allows us to hold the studio space just for you. 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting your fee. The booking fee does not include any digital or printed images.
Photo session pricing & what’s included
Headshots
Studio booking fee: $200
48-hour notice required to reschedule
Includes:
- No-rush in-studio session.
- Up to five wardrobe changes
- Headshot Style Guide and Tips
- Image review and selection time with photographer at end of session
Digital images are $200 each and include:
- Professional image retouching
- High-resolution images, suitable for business cards and other print media
- Low-resolution images, suitable for social media profile pictures like LinkedIn
- Your choice of color or black and white images
Portrait Photography
(Creative, Family, Senior, Pets)
Studio booking fee: $200

Includes:
- No-rush in-studio session.
- Up to five wardrobe changes
Prints and packages (see pricing below) include:
- Professional image retouching
- Digital (jpeg) images of each printed image purchased, unwatermarked
RainLight Photography
Studio booking fee: $300
72-hour notice required to reschedule
Includes:
- 1-hour session
- Two wardrobe choices
RainLight photos look great as metal prints!
RainLight sessions may be combined to include headshots and regular portrait sessions with no additional booking fee.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed
If you are not happy with your images prior to purchasing them, then we can schedule another session for retakes. There is no obligation to purchase anything you do not want.
